Peking duck 北京烤鸭

Three days is enough for the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, hutongs, and one Great Wall day. Four or five days gives more room for museums, the Summer Palace, and slower meals.

Which Great Wall section is easier for a first visit?

Mutianyu is a practical first choice because it is scenic, restored, and usually easier to manage than more remote sections.
